When 4 neighbourhood unit come together, district emerged. The new structure have another center for bigger corporations, education centers, cinemas etc. Neighbourhood unit of Chamchamal represent the area where approximately 5000 citizens live, so the district have app. 20000 of them. This population can be increase or decrease with using more land to center functions which is shown left image in red colour.
When four districts come together urban center is structured. Urban districs have larger functions than districts such as high schools, larger commercial activity areas for shopping malls, includes socio cultural facilities (theatres, cinemas etc.) Urban centers joined widen roads (major ring roads or main roads with collector roads that center of them are crossed.
